Detail explanation of “Upload My Data” while creating a Campaign
Before you create a campaign, selecting Campaign Data is very important. Campaign Data is nothing but the set of Database (Target Audience) you’re planning to promote your service or product.
As an account holder, you have to submit all the relevant details in My Profile page.
- Visit www.whistle.mobi and login using your email ID and password
- Go to the Create Campaign section from the menu on top
- The sixth field you will see is of Campaign Data . You will see 3 Options, the very first option is Upload My Data
As explained earlier, Upload My Data is the list of Databases of users from your device you wish to send SMS to and should be uploaded in either Excel or CSV format. Let’s see in detail.
Select the Database from your device and Enter the Start Number and End Number (The number you want to target from the Database for example from 1 – 10000 or so).
Next step is to Exclude Operators that you are not targeting. If you do not wish to exclude any operators, then SMS will be sent to all the users from the list of operators. Also, there’s an option to Exclude all the mobile numbers you have targeted in your previous campaign which could be in the last 30 days or so.
Exclude From Date and To Date based on your last campaign.
