Before you create a campaign, you should have sufficient SMS Credits. Once you login and click on Buy SMS Credits, you will see two options to choose from.

To create a campaign, you have to Buy SMS Credits on Whistle. Follow the below steps to get started.

1. Visit www.whistle.mobi and login using your email ID and password
2. Go to the Buy SMS Credits section from the menu on top
3. Choose either Whistle Data or My Data to continue the process

Whistle Data – It is the database provided by Whistle that can be used

My Data – Your personal Database that can be uploaded

Once you Select the Plan, Enter the Recharge Amount (Example: Rs. 10000) based on the number of SMS you are willing to send (PS: 18% GST will be automatically added)

Enter your PAN Number (same PAN Number to be used provided during registration), and GST Number which is optional.

And click on Pay Now , to make the payment.

When you click on Pay Now, you will be redirected to the payment gateway to make the payment using your credit card, debit card, EMI, Wallet, net banking, etc. Once the payment is successful, the credit balance will automatically update and reflect on the top right next to the Profile.

When you select My ‘Smart-M Click’ Data , this shows the overall list of users in the database who have clicked the link or shown interest in the brand from your previously run campaign (For example, if you select Health under industry (Offers on Gyms/Fitness Clubs and people who have registered through the link.) This particular list can be used again to market your new campaign.
